Chris Stephenson is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of global experience spanning operations, investments, real estate development, asset management, financing, construction, project management, joint-venture partnerships, venture capital, and technology. A resident of Northern California, Chris has held leadership positions in some of the world’s most dynamic financial and real estate markets, including New York, London, and Asia.

As a Partner at Concrete Venture Capital, he played a key role in identifying and supporting innovative startups in the built environment sector. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., overseeing large-scale investment strategies and real estate portfolios across multiple continents.

Currently, Chris is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DCA Partners, a premier alternative investment manager and investment banking firm based in Roseville, California. In this role, he leads operations and investment value creation, helping companies scale and achieve long-term success.

Chris holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from CSU Sacramento. His deep expertise and global perspective make him a valuable asset in driving strategic growth and innovation in the industries he serves.
